Nortic offers additional services beyond injection molding. Our other in-house services include sonic welding, hot stamping, and assembly.
Sonic Welding
We have sonic welding machines to fuse your plastic components together. During the sonic welding process, the products are subjected to high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations at the joints where the parts meet. These vibrations create friction, and a high amount of heat that melts the components together. This process creates nearly unbreakable bonds. The sonic welding process eliminates the need for hardware or solvent adhesives.
Hot Stamping
We have the capability to personalize your molded product by hot stamping your logo or emblem on the product. During the hot stamping process, the foil is applied to the product under high pressure and heat which creates a permanent bond between the two. Just let us know during the ordering process if you want your logo hot stamped. Assembly: We also have the ability to assemble your entire custom order. If you need other parts in your plastic box such as a pamphlet, foam inserts, or your product placed inside, just send us all the pieces. Once the box is manufactured, we will put the entire product together according to your specifications.
